I have similar situation and not sure whether I will be able to apply for H1B revalidation..
I filed my i 140 and i 485 on Dec 23rd 2003 under EB3 category. I think my labor was filed under EB3 category. My Priority date is Mid August 2003. After 180 days of filing (around Nov 2004) I left my sponsoring company and joined another company with similar Job responsibility (to avail AC21), But didn't get my H1b transferred to new company. I got married recently and Ofcourse I can't file for my wife's i 485 since I am from India and visa numbers are not available. Can I get my H1Bvisa transferred to new employer if he is willing to sponsor? I got 3 years on H1B left
H1B Years are not based on employer..You can Recapture H1B time for any employer.You will get your 3 year extension with new employer if your attroney files so..

Bush and the others were sure to have a bill by the end of the year 2006, did you see any bill (beside the Bill wall) ?
No, so don`t worry...nothing will happen.
well they tried it did'nt happen because of Republican controled house, we now have Democratic controled house who favor more towards CIR, I think Bush working with Republican senators to get approval for his bill
atleast this is the only issue where president and democrats come close to agreeing on,
Question, does Democrats puts politics ahead by not giving credit to Bush for resolving immigration is the real issue
I do see more chances this year ofcourse this will be do or die situation for many immigration hopefuls

In some of the threads in this and other forums there was some concern expressed about non-citizen's right to hire a lobbyist or petition congress. Here is the text of the 1st Amendment of the Bill of Rights:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances
The term 'people' or 'person' in the constitution refers to inhabitants and not citizens.
Second, your members already spend a great deal on attorneys to help them with immigration issues. Our hope is that by spending a little bit on a lobbyist to get the laws fixed, we can save a lot on attorney’s fees.

If a law is in violation of first ten amendments that are together called as Bill of Rights then that law is unconstitutional.
It is the right of all to petition congress and tell the lawmakers about their grievances.

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to experiment. It's good to have a bunch of different tools and techniques, not all images behave the same in Photoshop.
I am beginning to really like the 100-400, as was a bit worried as the first few images were not good at all, but as I learn how to use it I see it's all my fault. :)
